Always a fabulous experience at Porsche Danbury. Everyone is so professional and helpful. Mike, our sales person has terrific customer service and is very knowledgeable about the cars. Just purchased a 911 Turbo and the entire experience was pleasant and went smoothly. Rick in parts is so kind and great at his job. Highly recommend this dealership.

I wouldn't suggest buying or servicing your $100K+ car here. Worst experience I've had in 20 years of buying sports cars. After ordering my car I went over requests (multiple times through email, text, and phone) regarding handling when it arrived. I asked for license plate brackets not to be screwed into either bumper (front or back - as I was enclosed transporting it) yet they did that. In fact they did it twice - upon arrival at the dealership and after it came back from being paint protected. I asked that the car not be washed at the dealership, and to let detailer do that. It was washed at the dealership. Seemed clear that they wrote nothing down, and didn't use any basic CRM tool. They used a 3rd party for out of state registrations yet could never answer questions about that process, telling me that "the girl who does that isn't here anymore". They said they weren't sure who to call. I finally called the company myself and received my answers in 5 minutes. All the sales manager kept telling me was that he wanted the car paid for before the end of the month to get it off their books. That was his top priority when talking with me. I just helped a family member buy their first new car. We had a better experience at the local Kia dealership.

Avoid this place, like the plague. To start off with they gave me bad Intel on the current status of the alignment to the point where my Tires were so far out that it was causing a vibration in the car on the left side. When I did not buy their Pirelli tires, because I wanted Michelin, they got even with me by turning down my rear light under warranty that had cracked from the inside. Another dealer replaced it under warranty. To make matters worse, they overcharged me because they couldn’t run my credit card At the point of service. I had to debate it with a spreadsheet, showing them the different items that I purchased. They also damage the interior right front seat back and door threshold, which they refuse to repair. If you are Porsche owner and you have half a brain and any common sense, you will heed my warning.

The technicians are either lazy or incompetent. Or it’s not financially feasible for them to fix your issue. They seem to be just interested in yearly service charges. Not much else. The service manager is as helpful as a bag of rocks on the side of a dirt road. Guy needs to retire and let a younger, more customer service savvy person take the reins. Go to Porsche of Fairfield, or any other Porsche for that matter.

If you’re buying a certified pre-owned this is the place to do it at. Shima was an absolute amazing sales ambassador. He gave us a tour of the whole place and made the process extremely easy. Especially because we found the car online and live in Texas. From the first contact through the final delivery he made it so fun, personal, and rewarding. Highly recommend this dealer!!!!

I called Danbury Porsche regarding extending the warranty on my 2019 Porsche Cayenne. After several back and forth calls the finance manager called back and gave me some pricing. I called him back to buy the warranty and I left a message. He never returned my call. After leaving several voice mails and a couple of emails still no response. While I do realize that an extended warranty sale isn't as important as a new car sale I think that it would be common courtesy for a call back. I called the next closest Porsche dealer and spoke to their finance manager and he gave me the same pricing as Danbury and then discounted that price significantly without even asking. I own two Porsches which will both need service and I'm sure I will be buying more of them in the future and I now know where I will be going for my needs.
